The WordPress administrator email address is the email address that serves as the "eyes and ears" of a WordPress installation.
To check or change this email address, please use the instructions below:
1. Login to your WordPress account. Navigate to: http://www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin --> where "mywebsite.com" is the address of your website. If you forgot your password, click the "Lost your password?" link near the bottom of the login screen to change your password.
2. Navigate to Settings on the left-hand navigation menu, and click "General" in the popup menu that appears.
3. Scroll down to the "Email Address" label. Type in the email address you would like to use. If there is already an email address present, you only have to modify it if you want to use a different email address.
4. Press the "Save changes" button at the bottom of the page to finalize your update (if you have made a change).
