BackupBuddy backups can fail due to a number of reasons. One of the reasons is that you are out of storage space for your backups. Your IThemes.com BackupBuddy yearly subscription comes with 1GB of free storage (the service is called "Stash").

 

If you see repeated messages that you are out of space, then you have a few options:

1. Remove very large files from your WordPress uploads or media area (such as images that you uploaded that you no longer use or need).


2. Change the backup interval from 7 days to 5 days, or to once per week. By default we have setup your website to backup every night, and to keep the 7 most recent backups in your Stash account at a time. If you update your website only rarely, a weekly backup might be a better solution for you.
